The following is a brief description of the key personnel at Sarkisian Builders:

Patrick Z. Sarkisian
President
Patrick Sarkisian is President of Sarkisian Builders, Inc. a firm he founded in 1962 to focus on building, remodeling and home improvement construction.  Patrick has extensive experience in all aspects of design, building and home improvement construction and has insured the corporation consistent growth since its inception.  He is personally involved in every project, ensuring that Sarkisian Builders clients receive the best possible service, while providing solutions to their needs.  Patrick is responsible for the hiring of new employees as well as building and maintaining relationships with all of the corporation's subcontractors.

Carol A. Sarkisian
Contract Administrator
Carol Sarkisian is the Contract Administrator for Sarkisian Builders, Inc. and is responsible for creating and maintaining all of the corporation’s client contracts.  Carol has worked for Sarkisian Builders since 1962 and is often the first person a client sees or speaks to upon contacting the company.  She provides administrative support to the entire staff and is also Patrick Z. Sarkisian’s personal assistant.  In addition, Carol is in charge of the corporation’s payroll services, accounts payable, governmental filings and oversees the day-to-day office procedures.

Greg O. Sarkisian
Construction Supervisor
Greg Sarkisian is the Construction Supervisor for Sarkisian Builders, Inc. and is responsible for managing and coordinating building and remodeling projects from inception to completion.  Greg designs and creates the layout of sites and determines the correct sequence of tasks to be performed so as to ensure construction in the most successful manor.  He is personally accountable for supervising the entire project in collaboration with the foreman and subcontractors, who all are working under his supervision.  Greg is a graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree.

Patrick C. Sarkisian
Sales Manager
Patrick Sarkisian is the Sales Manager for Sarkisian Builders, Inc. and is responsible for directing and managing all of the corporation's home improvement projects.  Patrick has over 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience and brings to his projects strong team leadership, strict attention to detail and the client’s needs as well as extensive product knowledge.  In addition, Patrick handles all of the corporation's marketing, advertising and communication initiatives.  Patrick is a graduate of Assumption College and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree.
